I have to disagree with assuming that this director's job and choice to assume leadership of creating the new Sept. 11 museum is the world's most depressing carrer path. Even though both events were depressing, they deserve a place in world/american history to be remembered as a historic event due to their significance. The article says the musuem "will honor in perpetuity those whose lives were lost, and demonstrate to all who visit the World Trade center site for years to come, the healing power of memory in retelling their story". It's a memmorial/dedication, which for a lot of people brings back familiar memories of loved ones and demonstrates the strength of the people who survived the war or terroist attack. If I were the director, I would be honored to be in charge of such a memorable project.
