I don't know... I don't think the alleged plot holes were that big of a deal. But I'm also a complete Batman homer.
Just off the top of my head, while the Joker had henchmen, it was clear he kept them on a need to know arrangement and probably kept all the plans in his head.
And Batman took the blame for Dent's crimes because the general public had rallied behind Dent, didn't know he was Two Face, and was already was growing suspicious of Batman.
However, the one plot hole I can't get around wasn't even mentioned in the rap. When Batman saves Rachel after she falls out the penthouse window, he essentially just leaves the Joker to do whatever he wants with a room full of people.
This may not count as a plot hole, but my problem with "The Dark Knight" is that every man of African descent who wasn't Morgan Freeman got served up as Joker fodder.
