Family members and friends are holding a car wash today and Saturday for three Fontana teens killed Wednesday night after fleeing a California Highway Patrol officer and crashing into a home.
The fundraising efforts are being held at Rubin's Market at 7980 Sierra Avenue, starting at 8 a.m. each morning and lasting all day.
Devon Keeten, 15, was driving a Nissan Altima and fled from the CHP when an officer tried to stop the car. That initiaited a 60-second pursuit that ended when the Altima hit a curb, flew over a house and landed in a yard.
Keeten and his 11-year-old passenger, Moses Guzman, were killed after being ejected from the car. Devon's 9-year-old brother, Dylan Green, was seatbelted in the backseat but died later at the hospital.

All in 60 seconds.
When the smoke began to clear, officers found the bodies of Devon R. Keeten, 15, and his 11-year-old friend, Moses Guzman of Fontana, dead in front of a home at Alder and Shamrock avenues.
Devon's 9-year-old brother, Dylan R. Green, died about two hours later at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton.
"Obviously, if they had stayed where they were at, the pursuit never would have occurred," said CHP Capt. Esmeralda Falat.
The CHP still hadn't found out why the boys were driving around the north end of the city in a vehicle that belonged to the brothers' family. But officers are considering the possibility it was a joy ride that turned deadly. Investigators plan to interview family members to discover what the boys had been doing in the hours leading up to the chase.
A CHP officer pulled over Devon at Sierra Lakes Parkway and Sierra Avenue after seeing him run a red light at 8:55 p.m. Wednesday, officers said. When the officer walked up to the Nissan Altima, Devon sped away.
He led the officer on 60-second chase, running several red lights and speeding at 90 mph, until he lost control of the car and slammed into a curb behind a house.
The Nissan flew about 20 to 30 feet into the air and crashed through the top of a brick wall on the back side of a home. The vehicle continued to soar and nearly cleared the home on the property.
Dolores Pimentel, who was inside the house with her husband, Edward, and two grandchildren, said they were watching television when the vehicle smashed through the edge of their roof. At first, they thought it was an earthquake.
"It was a horrible accident," Pimentel said. "We thought the house was falling apart."
She and her husband, Edward, ran outside and saw a body on their porch. They ran back inside to keep their grandchildren, ages 3 and 1, from seeing it.
Dust filled the residence as it continued to crumble. The couple moved their grandchildren to a back room to keep them safe.
Jose Perea stopped working in his garage when he heard what he thought was an explosion.
"It sounded like a bomb. I opened the garage to a cloud of smoke that lingered for about 10 seconds," he said.
He saw Dylan in back of the car and a frantic CHP officer looking for the other two.
"It was terrible," he said.
Code enforcement personnel arrived at the scene Thursday morning and red-tagged Pimentel's home, deeming it unsafe. Motorists paused while driving by the house, while others swung by to pay their respects.
Eddie Martin and Marina Lopez of Rialto came to the scene to pray for victims. The pair, from Inland Lighthouse Church of Rialto, said the crash hit too close to home for them.
"We had an accident by our house a few years ago and we know how it feels," Martin said.
Devon attended Wayne Ruble Middle School and Dylan attended Juniper Elementary School, both in the Fontana Unified School District, said Robert Ratcliffe, district police chief.
Ratcliffe said counselors were sent to both schools to offer grievance counseling to students and staff.
A vigil was held Thursday night at the home of Devon and Dylan's grandmother.
