I got an e-mail from reader Cindi Honeywell informing me about an upcoming show for the Inland Empire Community Concert Association. On Oct. 11, there will be a patriotic tribute show called "A Swingin' Red, White, and Blue Revue."
The show willl be set to the background of the World War II era as an honor to veterans who have served our country as well as current military personnel, Honeywell said.
All U.S. veterans and those currently enlisted in any branch of the U.S. military will receive free admission to the show.
They will need to bring their military I.D. and they will receive their free ticket at the door.
Tickets are only $15 for the friends and family of the military personnel.
The Oct. 11 show starts at 2:30 p.m. at the Gardiner Spring Auditorium at 1245 E. Euclid Ave.
The next concert will be in January.
