Here is a release I received about a blood drive at Ontario Main Library

LifeStream, the new name for the Blood Bank of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, invites all healthy residents to give the gift of life on Feb. 5 from 1 to 7 p.m. at City of Ontario Library, 215 East "C" Street in Ontario.
For every lifesaving donation, participants receive points as part of the "Gift of Life" Donor Loyalty Program that may be redeemed for items through LifeStream's online store. For more information or to schedule an appointment, visit www.LStream.org or call LifeStream at 1.800.879.4484.

Healthy individuals at least 15 years of age may donate blood. (Those 15 and 16 years of age must provide LifeStream with written parental consent. Parent consent forms are available at any donor center or community blood drive. All prospective donors should be free of
infections or illness, weigh at least 110 pounds and not be at risk for AIDS or hepatitis. Donors receive a free mini-physical as part of the donation process. Donating blood takes about an hour, yet gives someone a lifetime.
LifeStream, the new name for the Blood Bank of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, was founded in 1951 as a private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization by the medical societies of San Bernardino and Riverside counties. The Blood Bank serves 42 medical facilities in
Southern California and receives more than 500 donations daily in order to support 175,000 transfusions annually. For additional information, please contact LifeStream at 1.800.879.4484 or visit www.LStream.org.
