Any water polo people out there??
Two area boys water polo teams will compete Friday in the CIF Southern Section, Division III semifinals at Pasadena City College.
Montebello will play Damien in the 3:15 game, and Whittier will take on No. 1 seed La Canada in the 5 p.m. contest.
Victories by the locals would pit them together Monday in the title game at Belmont Plaza Pool in Long Beach. Game time 4:30 p.m.
Just wondering: Aren't there any WP folks out there willing to break into this football-dominated blog?
Obviously, the football faithful are more vocal, but as I said initially, it's for all the sports.
Any opinions concerning Montebello's and Whittier's chances??

i know that whittier water polo is bad even though they have a good record, but La serna and La Habra has the best team year in and year out. bar none.
