A total of nine area teams qualified to this week's CIF-Southern Section Divisional playoffs which start Wednesday with the wild-card rounds.

Schurr defeated Pomona in DV wild card play. Jocelyn Lopez and Shannon Caudill scored one one goal each in the victory to advance to Saturdays CIF game against Marlborough High.
