Downey/Schurr update: Game site changed
Schurr athletic director Tom Thomson called to inform that tonight's game with Downey has been switched from Schurr to Downey High School. Seems the Spartans have lost power to light their field. Game time still 7, or whenever the officials arrive.
At boy dad. Thats the positive reenforcement the Spartans Need. Have you been paying attention? They have had a few key-yet minor- injuries. The coach is holding these kids out so they can be healthy for league, which is what really counts. Its not as if the boys are being blown out by anybody, they have been in both- its only been 2 games no need to panic-games.
Go to St. Paul we play tough every week and never our we lost.
What has happened to our Spartans i know we played tough teams,. But we look lost out there.. Is it the new coach..??? I hope we wake up soon or it's going to be a looooong season
