Syfy detest it or not it is often a a top quality typeface therapy.. the NYPL logo is wonderful, and I dig the the brand new pfizer mark. AOL is left to be viewed as to if it would be the finest mark. I believe a single or two from the worst marks on the 12 months had been notnearly that undesirable. I d isagree with Kraft I kinda dig that and msn.

Your SP education, you can’t spell ( judement? Holla? ) and your grammar suffers. SP teachers with no Bachelor of Arts degree at the minimum. To all concerned, huh?? Kids moving on to four year schools, what a lie, or maybe an AA degree from Cypress!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SP did have a very rough year! no doubt about it. But to hear you people pass judgement about our school is garbage. It's not the fans that play but the student athletes. The difference between public/private schools is education. I'm not saying all players, but most of our kids graduate and move on to four year schools. I'm curious how many kids graduated and moved on to a four school from SF? I don't even want to think about it.
You people can holla all you want about how good you are, play four more weeks then I will believe you. Not until then. Last time I checked SP,LH were the only schools to bring home hardware. Not SF,LS, Cal. Good luck anyways to those schools

Your comments are all (BS); please just state the facts... "ALL SCHOOLS RECRUIT" do you really think an open enrollment on every public school was designed to keep others potential student athletes from applying. Every school is looking for that edge; this has plagued the sport for years. It's unfortunate that the parents of the student enrolled at a private institution are getting knocked around. But understand one thing it’s the kid’s decision to come to SPHS. St. Paul doesn't have the money or resources to pay for every kid’s tuition.

We are a united Catholic community that others schools in the area are intimidate. If you walk the campus of SPHS you don’t see two story buildings, a state of the art Gymnasium or a Turf field. It all heart and ganas (desire)…
If you would know the history of ST. PAUL they been chanting “WE ARE ST. PAUL” since the 60’s way before the movie was ever made.

St. Paul gets called for 5 unsportsmanlike penalties...Boys, its called roid rage. Get it together or your so called head coach will start cussing you out loud in front of everyone(oops he already does that) That is what happens when you cheat..you never win. And before you say they don't take steroids. I have proof. My nephew played there and will not defend those cheaters.

It seems that the few times I make an honest comment or point of view, you inidentifiable bloggers want to jump all over it. Last week when Cal played La Serna there were plenty of Letterman jackets from within and outside of the Del Rio League on our side watching.I saw nobody smack talking or bothering them. They were not there because of jealously, its called curiosity and love of the game and competition. And, There will be no crying of any kind tonight at CAL, we realize the mistakes we've made on the field, including tonight. It was not a pretty game tonight, from either side, but Whittier played played their hearts out, best wishes to all the seniors out their who played their last league game. All three Del Rio Teams will have to play much better football to move on. Best of luck to them all in the playoffs. GO DEL RIO LEAGUE, REPRESENT WELL.

La Serna lost...Santa Fe won...enough said...there's no reason for you to rip on the fans in the stands or how bored you were at the game. Why does all the Cal Hi people come to the La Serna games....jealousy!??
The Cal Hi players sit on the La Serna side with their letterman jackets...just to be seen....and with a little chip on their shoulders. It used to be real bad a few years ago. Cal Hi players would gather under the tree by their locker room and taunt the La Serna fans filing into the game. Just take your 'cowbells' and enjoy your own game.

You have not been watching too many games this year, SF and LS beat Warren this year and Whittier lost to Warren. Warren is a Div 3 school and will be in the playoffs, unlike St. Paul who will be at home. Why do you guys like to call out the DRL. a Div 7 league. Then pound your chest and say your the great program in the area, because you play Div 1 schools? Forgetting to mention that you lose to them. Telling everyone that your a small school, and the Div1 schools are big. Forgetting to mention again, that like the D1 schools you also recruit your players, from all over. Your going to need some more players to come in, because you can't develop them in house.
You see its a lose lose situation for the DRL, you can lose the game or lose your players to recruitment against St Paul.

We went to the LS vs. SF game last night looking forward to a great match up. What a boring night of football! We sat on the LS side and it reminded me of back in the early 80's when I went to a boring Angel game once. At the half way point the parents sat motionless and seemed to have given up already. SF side tried to make some noise. A league championship on the line and I saw a lackluster unenthusiastic game. Can't wait until tonight to walk into an excited loud stadium of "Cal Fans". Win or lose, you will hear us all over the surrounding neighborhood. "GO CONDORS!!! Best and loyal fans in the area...We're not done yet!

nice article on cal vs. whittier game tonight except you forgot to mention Terris Jones on the running game..and Greg Perea is not playing at quarterback today due to an injury..its only minor though

la serna might have seemed like a slight favorite, but santa fe being who they are won = league champs (grrrr)...
south hills who was ranked 1st in SE Div lost to West Covina..Rowland(Cal beat 'em) beat West Covina..South Hills beat Rowland..and they all beat the other teams in their league = three way tie for 1st
Charter oak won and are probably the legitimate number 1 in the SE div until someone knocks em out..
Muir is also supposed to be good in the division...
but when its all said and done, i could definately see one of the Del Rio league teams in the championship game..could be Cal, La Serna, or Santa Fe

Cant stop laughing at the swordsmen football program. That is what happens when you play dirty and cheat. Have a great time stealing players from other team in the off season. Yo, Football Watcher: Apparenty you are confused concerning the meaning of predictions. Predicting the winner doesn't involve personal preference (although unfortunately it sometimes interferes in the decision making), it is the process of expressing a belief in how an event will turn out. Sometimes, the prediction is the preferred team, sometimes it is not. In nearly all cases, I lean to the local entry, but can not favor them with every prediction. I don't like the Warriors better than the Swordsmen, but I think they will defeat them. And I repeat, I hope I'm wrong.
