Josh Quezada .... and the beat goes on

| | Comments (17) |

La Habra's fine running back continues to draw interest from major universities.
Coach Frank Mazzotta called to say Stanford and Washington offered scholarships today. BYU, Hawaii , New Mexico and Fresno State had offered previously. And Arizona State was on campus Monday and Arizona was on campus today.Once one or two Pac-10 schools offer, the interest from the other conference members picks up.

BYU...........are you kidding me? Their honor code violations are unrealistic and unforgiving. The team turns its back on you if there is any hint of a violation and you wind up at Northern Arizona.

I think Josh should go with BYU. The Cougs need an explosive RB (and more athleticism in general). Josh has the chance of being the go-to RB at BYU and could cap off an excellent recruiting class. BYU is 37-8 in the last three years and is still on its way up. Apart from that, BYU has amazing student-athlete facilities and offers students a great education.

Best of luck to La Habra and Josh the rest of the season and GO COUGS!

La Habra has played teams a lot better than St. Paul. And they have a lot more class than St. Paul. Third: they would beat St. Paul.

Heard from a good source that San Diego State has offered Joshua Quezada and also John Ghandour, Tight End, 6'4" 255, Jr. Way to go boys, hard work is paying off.

Grammar Tonto, you’re about as smart as a box’s of rocks. The proper response is no talent La Habra will be willing to play the mighty all everything super SWORDSMEN also know to the world St.Paul. But I’m sure the lowlanders won’t come out to play.

San Diego State offers Quezada full ride. I also heard from a good source that an SEC school has made inquiries about Mr. Quezada. A recruiter from Auburn has shown some interest to see if Josh is able and willing to play in the SEC. IMO Josh can play in any conference he wants to, he is an outstanding athlete.

Josh Quezada is truly an amazing athlete. But, what has impressed me even more is how humble he is when you speak with him. He is by far the type of student athlete that any school would want to represent them. This young man has put in the work on the field and in the classroom. Josh, congratulations on the attention you so rightfully have received.

Joshua looks like a beast out there during Spring practice. Explosive as ever!

This year will be another fun year for the Clan.
