St. Paul, La Mirada softball on a collision course?
La Mirada and St. Paul softball teams won their first two games in the eighth annual Kiwanis Showtime Tournament. Another win Saturday in the final round of pool play would pit the two local programs against each other in the Championship game scheduled for 1 p.m. at La Mirada Regional Park.
La Mirada is playing Mira Costa (1-1 in the tournament), and St. Paul takes on Lakewood, the third team that is unbeaten in the tournament. St. Paul has the hardest row to hoe, but it would be nice if the two locals could play for the title.

Late season injury bug has hit St.Paul. Plus, may see a coaching change next season. Girls don't seem to be sold on new staff. So why did Cassie leave?
SPSH,
I was referring to the softball program.... I've seen St. Paul play, they will be good in a couple of years. Young talent, good coaching staff. By the way SP good athletics, but lousy facilities.
what!! i guess your a public school lover. SP has some of the most outstanding athletics in the area. anonymous either school has a weak program over all.
La Mirada will play Lakewood for the championship. St. Paul not at the same level as Lakewood.
