There’s a core of new players on the varsity and a few from outside the school. We‘re going to have a very strong team this year. I know alot of people are going to be blow away with SP’s football team this year. So hold on to your hats.

I guess SP slime is feeling pretty good about itself right now. Big talk has one big problem, on game day you have to prove it. That means shut up or put up. Game; Bishop vs sp, easy win for the Lancers. We do not care who sp has as coach, bring Pete Carrol and the Lancers will still crush them.

I know this is not about Pioneer, so forgive me, but it is about spring ball. I attended ER’s blue – gray game, many kids on the Varsity, the JV fair size, but the incoming freshmen should be a large class and one of the most talented in years. A good size crowd there in support, Should be a fun year. Because of two cousins on the Varsity and one on the JV at MHS, I also went to Montebello’s blue- yellow or is it gold game; they too had many kids and support, its sure going to be an exciting year for the Oilers. I believe coach Gonzales seems to be doing a fine job. My MHS side of the family has nothing but praised for Coach and staff………now that said good luck Pioneer at the Watts’ games. We all cannot wait for football season!!
