Cal Hi said:

oh yes Cal fans and JMG3, our next game, a walk in the park, Burbank is bad and can't play. Let's go on to the next round.

There is an obvious reason no pass was called at that point, good game Dons. However, nobody who cares and follows El Rancho football would state it on this form. Dons hit your new weight room hard; you know the rest of your league will be working out in the off-season. Till next year!!

El Rancho Parent said:

The (ER) game preparation was magnificent. Schurr a high scoring team that can put up points quickly, before a team knows it; the game is out of reach.
The only way to stop them, keep position of the “pill” and control the clock. Keep the game close; give the kids a chance to win it, all the way until the end. Our Dons had their chance a few minutes left, first and goal from the 4 or 5 yd line. Cannot ask for a better scenario, Schurr came up big, their 11 beat our 11.
Great game, my estimation.

1st and goal on the 9 down 14-7 and we run the ball 4 straight times. Anybody from ER or anywhere else would have been pissed off with that string of plays. Then we get another shot with a couple of minutes left and we fail to pass the ball once again.

In the Stands said:

I went to go see the ER vs. Schurr game. I was surprised the way ER played. Schurr didn’t know what hit them. ER was doing well, the play calling was the talk in the ER stands....What do you guys think?

Amen, CAL FAN.

Great victory for CAL vs Rowland 2nd time around. The CONDORS were just too much for the Raiders on both sides of the line. Not over confidence, but hard work & team effort in executing one play at a time. The STATS are impressive... Even Murray & Campa are starting to feather & sprout wings.

"Idon'tknowymous" Your predicts are as good as your smarts, although the Blog is slightly amusing. Yawn...

Way to go CONDORS. Best of luck to all remaining teams.

Burbank is next in "The Nest"...

Coulda, shoulda, woulda #7!!

Your team just was not that good this year. And you have not won a CIF game in quite a while.

Cal kicked your butt!!

sf people stop crying, you have the same excuses every year, maybe you guys should look with in!alot of talent but no discipiine.

Cal Hi said:

We smashed Rowland like I said, The ranch was going to lose, they had no chance, after the second league game they were out 6 to 7 starters plus they were not going to beat us nohow, with or without! True to form Santa Fe the Buffalo bills high school football didn't disappoint either. Just end the SFSHS football program you can't win league anymore, why play.

well then whittier Christian should change its name to la habra christian. Then again....they know a better city when they see one.

as for Cal, thats as far as they are going.

then to that kid from st; blaming refs. dont stoop down to st. paul's level. you got beat. period. live with it.

Where has that COCupcakefan and the Guru run off to?
San Gabriel Valley Tribune - These are the good Catholic drunks from La Puente???

Why are they not here to compare Charter Oak and South Hills football to Bishop Amat?

I'm sure Charter Oak and South Hills could have handled the Mater Dei Monarchs in the same way...HAHAHAHAA!

ONCE AGAIN, BISHOP AMAT DEFENDS THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY FROM THE BEST OF ORANGE COUNTY!!!

We should of won against CV, but the refs once again took the game away from us just like last year. Making the most stupid calls against us. Flores would of been a bigger impact and we would of forsure won league

El Rancho said:

Good luck the rest of the playoffs Schurr. Good sportsmanship on your part last night.
