I know. I know. It's still really early. However, let's not forget that league play has already or will start this week for all the area squads with the exception of La Mirada.

Maybe I should have titled this "in case you missed it" but congratulations to Santa Fe High School's Joey Davis, who finished runner-up at 135 pounds at Saturday's CIF-State Wresting Championships in Bakersfield.
