The score is St. Paul 1, Reporter 0

About a month ago, I posted a blog entitled "Area Upgrade" and listed how each of the 13 area schools baseball facilities fared (in my humble and meaningless opinion).

One of the schools I hit on was St. Paul. This is what I posted.

"St. Paul - Great snack stand but needs more seating. When's that scoreboard coming again?"

Well, I have to credit St. Paul skipper Casey Morales because the Swordsmen recently had a brand new scoreboard installed past the outfield wall in right-center field.

Morales explained earlier the scoreboard had been sitting in a warehouse already completed for some time and it was just a matter of filling out the right paperwork that was holding it back.

Well, I look forward to actually knowing what the score is this afternoon without having to peak at my notes.

Congratulations St. Paul. Now, how about adding some more seating?
