La Serna has defied all the odds to make another semifinal appearance, but it will take a monumental, mistake-free effort to beat the visitors from Muir this Friday.

I'd say that a really solid running attack might be able to keep Muir's offense off the field, but if that's not happening, and the Lancers need to rely on the arm of Mr. Palmer, we might see a slew of interceptions and long runbacks.

Still, this is high school football and the place will be rocking; there is plenty for La Serna to be proud of these past two years.
