Cypress Hill Smokeout festival Saturday update

Sublime actually pulled off a great performance judging from the fan response. Every song they performed from "Bad Fish" to "Santeria" to "Date Rape" became an instant applause getter.

New singer Rome Ramirez was able to channel his inner Bradley Nowell with drummer Bud Gaugh and bassist Eric Wilson and overcome a lot of doubts. Ramirez even thanked Brad and his family on stage despite the fact Nowell's family has threatened the band with a lawsuit for using the name Sublime.

Other acts like the comedy duo Cheech & Chong, hip-hop act Living Legends and DJ Mix Master Mike also put on strong crowd pleasing efforts.
