JOE STEVENS: Raja Bell nightmares

Me oh my, as long-time Clipper announcer Ralph Lawler says, the Clippers were in an emotional loss, one that will be hard, hard to recover from. Can they do it?

I don't like making predictions and will not in this case...

That Raja Bell shot with 1.1 seconds left in overtime -- I thought only Kobe made those. Guess not...

This team is young and resiliant. They will be able to recover. Regardless of the outcome of the series, these players played their butts off.
I'm proud of them. Go Clippers! Also, it ain't over till the fat lady sings.

Remember the Suns recovered from a much worse loss to Kobe. I think the Clips are still in pretty good shape because:

1. They are playing good defense at a good tempo. The scores reflect that the Suns are playing the Clippers game.

2. They obviously have no answer for Brand. So long as it is a half-court game, Clippers have the edge.

They have to win on in Phoenix, but in a game seven the pressure is on them (unlike the laker series where they had all of the momentum) and LA has played really well out there.

And yes, please play Cassell and Maggette.

I agree with Karen that this team is young and resiliant but if Sam Cassell is not providing the veteran leadership that a young team needs in the locker room, perhaps Executive of the Year Elgin Baylor should make an effort to get Lamond Murray back into a Clippers uniform in the off season.

I haven't been this excited about the clippers since we had lemond Murray!

Great coverage by the PT and Mr. Stevens... sorry that the Clippers didn't go further in the playoffs. Maybe next season?
Give this man a raise for his great coverage this season!
