The Wrigley Area Neighborhood Alliance ( WANA ) will stage its third annual Halloween Party on Saturday, October 3 on the grassy median at 20th Street and Daisy Avenue from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Costume contest begins at 7 p.m. Prizes for best costume, ages 1 - 4 , 5 - 8 , 9 - 12.
