The Wrigley Area Neighborhood Alliance ( WANA ) will play host to its fourth annual Halloween Party on Sunday, October 31 on the Green at 20th Street and Daisy Avenue from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Costume contest begins at 7 p.m. Prizes for best costume, ages 1 - 4 , 5 - 8 , 9 - 12.
