Willmore City Heritage Association (WCHA), the 1st Place Winner
of the Neighborhoods, USA's "Neighborhood of the Year Award 2010"
national competition in the category of Physical Revitalization -- Single Neighborhood
will share their NUSA power point presentation and offer tips for success in the competition.
