WESCA meeting and clean-up

 The West Eastside Community Association (WESCA) will have its monthly community meeting and clean-up this week.
 The community meeting is Thursday, June 23 at 6:30 p.m. at the new meeting location at the St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Shop, 2750 E. Pacific Coast Hwy,  Officer Claudia Lopez, the new patrol resource officer for the Long Beach Police Department East Division, will attend.
 The clean-up is Saturday, June 25, beginning at 8 a.m. at United Cambodian Community, 2201 E. Anaheim St. The event will be followed by a bar-be-cue. People with truck for hauling are encouraged to attend, water and gloves will be provided and a trash truck will be on site at 8 a.m.
