CaliBike Tours is offering free clinics and rides Saturday, June 11 and Tuesday, June 14 to introduce women, and only women, to bicycling. The events will begin at the BikeStation, 222 East Broadway. They will be at 9 a.m. and noon Saturday, 6 p.m. Tuesday.
A refresher on basic bike riding skills, flat tire repair, bike maintenance, laws, gear and route planning will be covered. Bikes and helmets will be provided if needed.

"Pull that bike out of the garage and join us for Women on Bikes, a women-only offering of exciting clinics and fun rides for FREE! You will enjoy a safe, social atmosphere for women to be involved in bike riding.
"Women on Bikes also offer the opportunity for you to connect with other women on our beginners' 5-10 mile bike rides. Learn about new routes & bike infrastructure, exchange tips, enjoy the ride, and share in the fun while we cycle around Long Beach."
