Energy and money saving workshop

 The Neighborhood Resource Center will stage a workshop entitled Save Energy and Save Money Wednesday, August 31 at 6 p.m. at its offices at 425 Atlantic Avenue.

 The presenters will be Sarah Price, City of Long Beach Office of Sustainability, Matthew Veeh, Long Beach Water Department, Jim Hodge, Southern California Edison and Darick J. Simpson, Long Beach Community Action Partnership.

 Topics covered will include a variety of conservation, rebate and low-cost programs provided by the city and utility companys.
