Once again, Mr. Baker's Style Center, 1030 E. Pacific Coast Highway is hosting a Back To School Free Haircuts
For Youth, Sunday, Sept. 4 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
This is the third year the barbershop has teamed with Councilman Dee Andrews to offer the haircuts to students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
"Parents are hit with many back to school expenses such as school supplies, clothing and activity fees. This year is especially hard with the economy still struggling to recover", said Andrews in a released statement.
