Residents are invited to attend a celebration and ceremonial street lighting on Pacific Avenue in Wrigley Village Thursday, August 18 at 6 p.m. The celebration staged at the Wrigley Village Community Garden 2044 Pacific Avenue.
The event is to celebrate improvements made along the roadway and in the median of the business area between Pacific Coast Highway and Willow Street.
The event will spotlight the streetscape improvements along the median, including the installation of drought tolerant landscaping, the addition of street banners and facade improvements all designed to make the Village area more attractive to shoppers. There will also be a lighting at 7 p.m. of the decorative new street lamps in the area.
