Business improvement rebates will be discussed at the regular meeting of the MacArthur Park/Whittier School Neighborhood Tuesday, October 18, at 5 p.m. at community room of the Mark Twain Neighborhood Library, 1401 E. Anaheim St.
Phillip Jennings, Commercial Improvement Rebate Program Coordinator, will give a presentation about City of Long Beach programs to assist business.
