The Long Beach Housing Development Company and Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Service are teaming up to provide two more clinics for residents facing challenges with their home loans. Here's the information:

Trouble with your mortgage?
The Long Beach Housing Development Company (LBHDC) and The Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Services (LANHS) invite you to attend a FREE two-hour clinic conducted in English targeted to homeowners who are or will be experiencing challenges with their loans.
Meet face-to-face with a Counselor from LANHS, a HUD-approved counseling agency. CHASE Bank, Bank of America, GMAC, and Citi Mortgage representatives will also be on-hand to meet with those who have mortgage loans with their banks.
You will be asked for information on your existing loan(s) such as balance, interest rate and payments, as well as your income and budget information. Come prepared - bring a copy of your mortgage statement and monthly budget.
