The performance evaluation of an Executive Director is critical to the organization fulfilling its mission. The Executive Director directly influences the organizations success. A well written evaluation can help to improve the relationship between the Executive Director and Board by clearly identifying the challenges in programs or performance, rewarding the Executive Director for work well done and strengthen the organization's overall administration. In this workshop we will discuss the steps in creating an effective evaluation tool and process for the Executive Director.
