| | Comments (0) |

Two Victorville men were arrested Thursday for stealing Internet equipment from the back of a Verizon truck, authorities said.

Alfred Tarvis, 47, and Mark Lopez, 47, were booked at the Victor Valley Jail on suspicion of possession of stolen property.

San Bernardino County sheriff's deputies were called to the Red Roof Inn in the 13400 block of Mariposa Road around 9:41 a.m. on report that Fios equipment had been taken from the Verizon truck parked there.

Deputies discovered that the equipment was still in the hotel and served search warrants in three rooms, recovering the $4,100 equipment.
