A fire did about $30,000 in damage to a single-family home in San Bernardino this afternoon.
At 4:36 p.m., firefighters were dispatched to the fire in a living room at 1530 W. 21st St., said San Bernardino fire Battalion Chief Steven Cobb.

The fire, which Cobb said appeared to be an electrical fire, was under control by  4:50 p.m. There were no injuries, and the person who lives in the home has another place to stay, Cobb said.
