Historic walking tour of Claremont Village offered Saturday

A tour of the downtown Claremont Village area will be offered Saturday by Claremont Heritage.

The walking tour is two hours and costs $5 per person.

It tours the Village, some historic Victorian residences, important buildings at the colleges and in the commercial area, and ends at the newly restored College Heights Lemon Packing House.

It begins at 10 a.m. in front of the Metrolink Depot, 200 W. First St.
