Nice sharp jolt in Hesperia
What a jolt here in the Corona Hills!!
anyone know the location of the epicenter?
According to the USGS it was a 5.0 magnitude and 1 mi. from San Berdoodle.
Things fell off of my shelves here in Fontana. You could hear it coming
It was a good shake here in south Orange County (RSM), but not enough to knock anything over.
Dave from Wrightwood, did you fall off the bed?
1 mile south of SB. That would be the fault right under the 10/215 freeways.
Nice size. It felt strong from the second story. A lot of swaying.
wow!....San Berdoo huh?....thats where i am..musta been the San Andreas
Here is a great source of info

OMG...
IT WAS A 5.0...
DANG IT WAS BIG...
Heard it first (a noisy roll) and then a quick jolt here in Rancho C. My daughter ran around the house for a while and is still a bit upset.
Plese...I hope no more!!
Barely felt it in Van Nuys; I was in bed reading and felt a slight shake which got a little stronger and lasted for about 7 seconds total.
Hope there's not too much damage SanBerdoo.
Felt a quick jolt, then a longer roll for a few seconds which rattled the windows. Nothing fell over though. Located in Beaumont, 22 miles from epicenter in S.B.
Really felt it here in San Bernardino. Pictures fell off the TV stand. Really hard shake.
Felt it in Barstow!
Just a jolt here in Big Bear....felt like a typical 3.0 for our neighborhood. All's well.....expect a couple of respectable aftershocks from a 5.0'er.
Felt it here in Kansas City. Biiiiig
Shook the apartment in W Hollywood, near Hollywood sign
Jessica, that was a great orgasm.
It was rockin and rollin here in Lake Arrowhead. There was a first rumble across the roof, then a second, much bigger rumble. Loud and lots of shaking. The cats are freaking out.
OMG It last so long, it makes you wonder if the big one really coming soon. We are at our 100 year mark. All I could say is be ready and prepare.
Felt a slight jolt here in Palm Desert ... about 70 miles east.
No, too early for bed!! Bowl game on! My dog liked it though. Felt the floor move upward and them wham, pretty good shake. Nice sound too. I'd give it a 5. We have had better, right here on the fault line.
Hey,
By the way, you're all morons for living on a fault line.
I felt it in San Diego as well. Judging by the location, I peg it on the San Jacinto Fault, a major branch of the San Andreas Fault. Hopefully, this was a mainshock, not a foreshock. That fault is capable of leveling most of the Inland Empire with a 7+.
from southwest ontario,it wasn't bad,lasted about 3 secs
From Crestline, Cat went running and it wasn't because of a ball rolling along the floor. Really scary.
Pretty good jolt in Victorville. Even scared the dogs!
Rocked it down on Coronado island!
Living on the fault line is for the brave of heart! Besides if California ever slips into the ocean like they have said for years. I will have ocean front property, kind of an investment :)
"That was awesome!!!!!!" said my young daughter. Here in San Timoteo Canyon in Redlands, it shook our walls and rolled under us.
Oh yeah, in LA too. Felt it in Santa Monica!
lame why cant it be a 9.0 yeeehaw
Felt a decent size roller for a few seconds in Sant Monica
I sure hope so lol, It was loud at first I thought it was an airplane flying over my apt. Then I felt the rocking Um! What's really going on? lol
Nice little shaker in Redlands, around 6 miles east of the epicenter...lasted around 30 secs, moderate rolling, not violent...surprised it was a 5.0!
Felt a pretty good shake here in Laguna Beach too! Not as strong as the one I experienced in Seattle in 2000 but it made my heart skip a beat!
the epicenter was in fontana and it was recorded at 5.0
THATS WHAT SHE SAID!
that was crazy in menifee
I'm in RSM, O.C. and it was more like a side to side tremble at my house. It only lasted about 4 seconds.
huge earthquake...scared me to death...felt it strong in second story of my house in Carlsbad...book shelves fell over and everything in cabinets fell and broke
