It's a shame that this little boy had to lose his life, Had he been wearing proper safety equipment like a helmet and was properly restrained he would have stayed inside the side-by-side and survived with no injuries even in a roll over. It's a hard lesson to learn the importance of wearing proper safety gear and being educated in off road riding especially with little ones.
May his little sole rest in peace. My condolences to the family.

Mr. Safety Man, I hope you were the one that took the report. From what I'm reading here on the Suns Web page, it says nothing about no helmet being worn yet. If it was a Polaris ATV and not a Polaris Ranger, you cannot strap yourself in a quad. That would be like a motorcycle having seat belts. I doubt the family wants to read your take on being educated about off-roading. Until we know all the facts

S.R" will work just fine!!!!!
To Safety Man...I agree with Colton JAAF...but I'll go one step further...even if you were the person taking the report what kind of person rubs salt into a wound that is already bleeding severely? Having actually been this boy's teacher I can tell you his family is an extremely responsible one, very envolved in all aspects of his life...they don't need your preaching to them. My prayers, along with our entire school family is with the family.
