'Star Trek' writer coming to CSUSB

"Star Trek: The Next Generation" screenwriter Peter S. Beagle will discuss his work and read from his writings on May 7 at Cal State San Bernardino's Pfau Library.

Beagle's appearance will include a lecture, Q-and-A session, and an autograph- signing opportunity.

The presentation is sponsored by the CSUSB Diversity Committee, Intellectual Life and Visiting Scholars Committee, along with the Pfau Library and the CSUSB English department.

The event, open to the public, starts at 7 p.m. in Room PL-4005. Admission is free. Parking is $5.
