As a Republican I have been Saddened to see what has become of our Nation under President Bush. We seem to be Sliding into Socialism? This would never have happened If Al Gore [ Gore would have been Checkmated by a Republican Congress] or John Mc Cain had been elected to President Eight Years ago. Your Editorial is Clear and Accurate! I will read and consider it Carefully.

I can't figure out why no one seems to care about Obama's background and his associations. He has stated that he wasn't aware or never saw any racism in the sermons by Rev. Wright during his 20 plus years that he was a member of that church. Was that because it was normal and not unusual and maybe he was raised that way? His Political career was launched with the help of a terrorist. Foreign countries in the middle east are hoping that Obama becomes President, Why do they feel so strongly about that, should the people of the US take that as a hint? Did we already forget what happened just 7 years ago on 9/11? Lets not forget, Obama was raised by a mother that was a radical activist. His wife has made negative statements about our country and has written college papers that seem to have a hint of racism in them. And Obama won't even release any of his college papers or records, I wonder why, is there something to hide? People that understand a little about finances should understand that Obama's plan for healthcare will be quite costly, not only will it affect the individual tax payer, but it will drastically affect businesses. He can say no increase in taxes, but eventually we are going to have to play catch up and taxes will be raised. In most cases the people that will benefit the most are the one's that never worked hard enough through education, etc. to earn that good job with the benefits, these are the same people that currently live off of us tax payers, they will do the minimum to get those benefits. You will see that the part time dope dealer from the ghetto will get a part time job at McDonalds so that he can have medical benefits.

Let's see, what President sold weapons to terrorists holding U.S. citizens hostage? Which President withdrew U.S. forces from a country after their leadership failed to anticipate a deadly truck bomb attack? Which President promoted the commander of that very service? Let's see ...

Can somebody please explain how someone can choose a person that is so connected and entrenched in Fraud, Intimidation, and backs Socialism and say that they would be good for our country. How can someone that believes in INFANTICIDE, Voted FOR partial birth abortion,
Voted NO on notifying parents of minors who get out-of-state abortions.
Supports granting driver's licenses to illegal immigrants, Supports extending welfare to illegal immigrants, Voted yes on comprehensive immigration reform, Voted yes on allowing illegal aliens to participate in Social Security, Voted No on repealing the 'Death' Tax which is a Tax Increase, He wants to raise the Capital Gains Tax. Which is another Tax Increase, and this one will hit people making less than $250K. Will bring back The Fairness Doctrine which will in reality SUPPRESS FREE SPEECH. He is already useing Law Enforce to intimidate people that speak out against him. Look at Colorado and another incident if Florida, a Sherriff is being investigated because he used Barack Hussein Obama full name at a rally.

I can't remember who they were talking to the other night on Fox News but I do remember it was one of Obama's campaign leaders made the comment, "They don't like the word WELFARE but use the term TAX INCENTIVES instead." When asked if 40% of the people pay no taxes, how is that going to help them. The spokesperson said that they will receive an extra "Tax Credit" instead, can you say "Welfare Check"?
If we want our country to end up like Cuba, Venezuela, Russia, then YES Obama would be good for our country.
BTW way if people did their research they would also find that Obama went after the Democratic Socialist Party endorsement in 1995. He was also a member of the New Party which was a part of the DSP.

I forgot to mention in my other post that Obama also went after the endorsement of the Democratic Socialist Party in 1995 when he first got into Politics. He was also a member of the NEW PARTY, at the time, which was under the DSP. He was even endorsed back then and even right now by the American Communist Party. You DON'T have to believe me and I don't want you to, but just type "Obama Communism", "Obama New Party", or "Obama Socialism" into your search engine and see what you come up with. So, again as I said if that is the type of Government people want to be under then I guess he would be good for America.
People need to quit listening to the MEDIA as they are SO BIASED and start doing their own research. I have heard others say they do their own thinking but it seems like they are just like the spokespeople that just give their speeches and don't really spend any time actually spending time doing research.

The media has been as guilty as president bush in covering up the lies, deceit and the treason committed by this administration. From 9-11 to the current financial breakdown , this country has almost lost itself. John McCain is holding the hammer that will nail the last "nail in our coffin".
I do not believe in my heart that the republicians in this country ever wanted this mess or the tradegy the world has felt under the BUSH administartion.These men have STOLEN the republican party, as they have the elections , the American peoples money and the Iraqi's Oil.
A vote for Obama, is a vote for hope!
