Rain, rain, rain...

It's still raining, and now we are just waiting for NHRA officials to call it a day.
NHRA president Tom Compton was in earlier to discuss the drag racing organization's new agreement with ESPN, but he also addressed the event of a rain out.
"We don't have to (have a minimum of two qualifying rounds), but we'd like to," Compton said. He also is against an idea to move up the show to avoid a pending storm.
"I don't think that would fair to the race fans," Compton said. "They have a right to expect that if we schedule qualifying for 2 p.m., we have it at that time. I learned to never predict the weather. If may look one way, but it can change."
