You call this supporting the troops?

notequal.jpg Fox News personality Bill O'Reilly has opened up his heart and made an offer you can't refuse: Buy his new book, "Culture Warrior," and he'll send a free copy to a troop.

WWII soldiers had the famous Betty Grable pin-up, and we offer our servicemen and women a book of rants by a guy clad in a windbreaker? Our grandparents' generation really DID have it better.

Leave aside the fact it's a shameless marketing ploy ... does Bill have any idea how disappointed our fighting forces will be when they open the box and see his pasty face staring back at them? Then they'll double-take and ask, "Isn't that one of the guys who beat the drums about WMD that got me here in the first place?"

Please folks, leave politics and book sales behind. Send these kids some DVDs or video games, along with heartfelt letters. As for the whole pin-up thing, does anybody have Ann Coulter's number?

Let me ask you, Are you a "GI"? Have you been to Iraq? Have you asked OUR GI's what they really think or do you just watch and or listen to the MSM's liberal slant and take that as truth. I would have to say that before you purpose to speak for the troops, you might test the waters to see how they really feel about him.

BTW. The great Majority of them do like him and are very happy to have him on their side, where as you by your own words demonstrate you are not!!!
