LUKE CAMPBELL IS TAKING HIS CREW BACK TO THE UK UNTIL THE CHILDRENS' CONTRACTS ARE CLEARED UP.
Because of budget reasons and the still-unresolved contracts with Nadya Suleman's children, Luke Campbell and his crew from Eyeworks will film a few more things today and then put everything on ice until sometime early September.

I hope this is just a delay and that the suits brought forth by GA, et al havn't jinxed the whole thing. That would put the State of Ca right back in the drivers seat for supporting all those kids!
I had heard they planned to begin filming on September 1st, anyway, or has that changed?
I am willing to bet they were here to film the Octuplets 6 month birthdays (that would be one of the "milestone" in this documentary, right? That would be why the studio teacher was brought in. I am sure the film of Nadya going to the court hearing and Jeff C. assisting her to look appropriate (did you all see him making her put on her jacket outside the car?) is not what they came to film. She was clearly very uncomfortable wearing a suit jacket and kept clutching at it. I almost felt sorry for her. But all of this could have been avoided had she done what she was supposed to right from the beginning.
I heard they were to start filming the kids in Sept anyway. So guess they got all they needed with the beginning of Nadya and the court . So will come back in Sept.
I suppose there was no reason why Nadya herself couldn't document the Octuplets progress at six and that footage could later be inserted into a documentary if permission were granted. They could have given her some tips on taping and even what she needed to purchase for a good home video camera.
I believe the delay is because as Octorazzi said, "until the contracts with the children are resolved". No, jinx about it, with Ms. Gloria!
I read also in the LA Times that Eyeworks planned to begin filming on September first, so the reason they were there over the weekend was probably to film the babies 6 month birthday and nothing of Octomom, although she has a part in this fiasco! A very big part! I still say Octomom is nothing without the babies!
Like "Canexicana" said this all could have been avoided if Octomom would have appointed a guardian ad litem herself. I just don't see Octomom's "docudrama", going very far! IMHO

I see I left the word months out of the six months sentence. You are right Sandee, they did say they were coming back in Sept when they first arrived so they probably aren't anticipating any problems or changes. Octorazzi just has a way of making it sound worse than it is sometimes. They are probably also anticipating that they paperwork from the court will be complete by that time and of course they won't stay around here for the next month to six weeks or so running up expense accts, etc
I guess that's the bottom line, huh? SHE could have avoided all of this if she and Jeffie had the accounts in order and she named a guardian to look over the accounts. Guess greed will always take over.

WHITTIER - The parents of Octomom Nadya Suleman said Tuesday they have been estranged from their daughter since she moved out of their home on Sunrise Drive.
Suleman now lives with her famous octuplets, now 6 months old, and six older children in a two-story home in La Habra
What's the deal with this report in the WDN? They certainly have been seen frequently at her home on Madonna Lane. Are we to believe that they have been estranged that long but were still visiting frequently?
Hi nature... guess the "budget constraints" were too much for Eyesore... You know that's not a *major* company. They probably had a $10K budget to travel here and expenses and have run out. Wonder why they didn't contact someone in the UK to just ask for some more money? They still could have filmed Nutsy. Wonder why they didn't.

Greed, has taken over Octomom, why else is she exploiting her children! The children will have to live with cameras in their faces for the rest of their lives, because of their greedy mother.
I just can not wait until paternity tests are done, on all 14 children! If it ever happens!
The first 3 older ones, look alike and 3 younger ones look alike, but all of the octuplets do not look alike, at at all, nor do they resemble any of the older six! Octomom does not have a "clue" there either, who "Octodaddy" is or who fathered the other six either! I believe there is more than one donor!

Octorazzi! Eyeworks submitted a contract to the court on Friday. Was their any ruling on that contract? Was in concluded or dismissed or deferred? Can you put on your reporter hat and use your investigative skills to find out for us? Also, did Paul P do anything in an attempt to block that contract?

Well at least they'll have a month off from the cameras. It's just too bad they may come back in September because that's the time kids should be getting ready and starting school. Don't the nannies have enough on their hands right now?
Or maybe there isn't much to film after all! I don't think Octomom is very interesting! She is the con artist and she may not have a "story" to tell. Things get expensive, when you have to stay in a hotel, eat and have a vehicle, maybe they didn't want that expense at this time, who knows?!

That would have cost them more money! Re-editing, mixing, etc. And who knows... maybe the equipment that was given to Nutsy has already been destroyed by the kids!

I think #1:
Remember when it was reported when TLC wanted to pay/compensate Aunt Jodi and the family friend, Kate had a fit because she did not want anyone except the Jon&Kate+8 crew to be paid for the Show? (greedy)
The starlet in this Documentary has proven her selfish personality many times through her own actions and interviews. Could this be the reason she doesn't want grandma&pa around because eyewoks wants to compensate them? And that money would come out of the starlet's money pot.

The gypsy grandpa is scamming again. Could it be grandma&pa are CHOOSING to be estranged because they are demanding to be paid if filmed? Afterall, they want a piece of the money pie, too.
Lets see if he puts out this sad story and gets the public's sympathy, Starlet and eyewoks will feel pressured to putting the gypsy on the payroll.
P.S. Gypsy-gramps go get your own gig- make a documentary of your dedicated service to this Generous Country you live in. (you know when good ol' eddieboy is out helping the True Heroes of our Country) I doubt if that old buzzard ever went there to work. Another story to manipulate the public for sympathy and gain.

Maybe, grandpa and grandma are trying to get their feet out of what they stepped in and are trying to absolve themselves from Nutsy's audit. You know, "Hey, we were "estranged" so how did *we* know what she was doing"! I'm sure they don't wany ANYONE looking into their dealings!
That is a good "I think#3:" possibility.

My brain says:
There is definitely something fishy about the whole house deal.
(1) Ed only had $100.00 but claimed he bought the house. Was he funneling Nadya's donations and RO money so she could keep all her welfare benefits? And was he taking a cut for helping her out- wouldn't put it past him.
(2) Nadya adamantly claimed that she bought the house with her own money.
I think it was bought with her own money but through gypsy-gramps account. (if she showed all the income in her account, she would have lost some of her welfare.)
We all know Nadya doesn't always think before she speaks. I think she felt a sense of pride that she had earned this money through RO & photo ops and was proud to say she bought it.
Gypsy-gramps, a little more seasoned in the con game, of course took the credit for the purchase.
Lindy... all three of the above. Nutsy gave Ed the money to put down on the house and have it in his name so she didn't have a trail. It has been stated that Nutsy is "renting" the house from Ed. Could be for the benefits. Do they call that "laundering" money?

No, I saw him helping her get her arm into the sleeve of her jacket like any gentleman would do. I think it's pretty obvious that she brought the jacket with her so she could wear it in court. The weather didn't look chilly.
Good Morning Grandma B!!! I'm thinking Gramma and Grampa are "lying low" until they can figure out how to "get through" the auditing unscathed. (I saw a brief blip of Gramma seen with Nutsy the other day after the court hearing...with reporters trying to ask them questions) So the parents are far from estranged--at least physically. I'm sure they aren't happy about being audited...and did not count on their finances being pulled into the picture.
Mornin' Non... Well, Angela and Ed are certainly not estranged. Nutsy is just having a "tizzy fit" over her mom's interview. We've seen this before and we'll see it again. Just like the hospital tantrum, "How dare she say..." when all in all Nutsy herself was giving out information. She just doesn't like to not be in control and probably resents her mom getting any attention.

As to Nadya filming the children herself to save Eyeworks time and money... NOT legal. Because the purpose of the "home" videos is not personal use but a TV production. Nadya would still have to have the work permits, contract approval, Coogan Accts. etc in place.
