La Verne Lutheran’s Jerrett a McDonalds All-American

La Verne Lutheran High School’s Grant Jerrett was the only player from California to be selected to play in the McDonalds All-American game. The 6-foot-10, 230-pound center who has signed with Arizona is one of 12 members of the West team that will take on the East on March 28 at the United Center in Chicago.

Four players from Southern California were selected for the girls McDonalds All-American team, including Candice Agee of Silverado High School, who will play at Penn State. Jordan Adams and Nirra Fields of Santa Ana Mater Dei High and Imani Stafford of Los Angeles Windward are the other three.
