Rancho Cucamonga to play North on Prime Ticket

Rancho Cucamonga was the lone local team to draw a televised football game when Fox Sports West released the first six games of its schedule on Wednesday. The Cougars, who last year reached the CIF-SS Inland Division semifinals for the second consecutive season, feature two of the top defensive backs in the country in USC-bound Chris Hawkins and Tahaan Goodman. The duo was undoubtedly part of the draw for Rancho Cucamonga.

Riverside North, its opponent in the Sept. 21 game in Riverside, went 10-2 last season before losing to eventual Inland Division champion Vista Murrieta in the quarterfinals.

The final five high school football games of the season to be televised by Fox Sports West are yet to be determined. Here is schedule for the first six weeks:
