Etiwanda senior quarterback Andrew Kanatsky missed last week’s game against Riverside Poly because of a concussion sustained in the fourth quarter the previous week against Summit. But he is cleared and will return this week as the Eagles (1-2) take on Oak Hills (1-2).

Junior Evan Gutierrez filled in admirably last week and led the Eagles to a win. He ran for 113 yards and two touchdowns and caught a 44-yard touchdown pass.

Coach Kevin Davis says he liked what he saw out of Gutierrez and may throw a wrinkle into the offense to utilize his skills.
