The San Dimas girls basketball team defeated Coachella Valley 35-29 to win MaxPreps Classic today.

Senior guard Dy’mond Mitchell was named tournament MVP.

Senior forward Deja Johns and junior forward Kirsten Winiecki were also All-Tournament selections.

San Dimas (7-6) plays next on Jan. 5 when it will host local foe Bonita.
