Rancho Cucamonga basketball standout Chelsie Bahem has decided her next step will be to Simpson University in Northern California.
The 5-foot-5 guard helped the Cougars to an 18-7 record and an 8-2 mark in the Baseline League which was second to only Etiwanda.
She averaged 7.5 points, 2.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.5 steals with a season-high of 22 points coming in a December tournament game against Cajon.
She plans to major in psychology or communications.
Simpson is a private, liberal arts institution that competes at the NAIA level. It also has dual membership in theĀ National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA).
