Open session starts at 6:30 p.m.

Items on the agenda include:

The preparation of a supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the Oliver McMillan Guasti Plaza Specific Plan amendment. An amendment was made to plans for the historic wine village to include multi-family housing on the site due to changing market demands, a staff report states. The historic bungalows are to be retained on the site. Oliver McMillan will pay for the new study. The environmental impact of adding attached residences with densities from 25 to 40 dwelling units per acre will be prepared by David Evans and Associates, Inc. of Ontario.

The approval of Final Tract Map of the Ontario Town Square Project at the northeast corner of "B" Street and Euclid Avenue. The 2.36 acres will be subdivided into 3 lots for commercial use. Offsite infrastructure, such as storn drains, sewer, water, pavement, traffic signals and sidewalks, will be constructed by J.H. Snyder Co. and paid for by the Ontario Redevelopment Agency.

The approval of a reimbursement agreement between the city and the Redevelopment Agency for various capital improvement projects. A joint public hearing considers letting the agency pay the city back up to a total of $4,468,850 for the following six projects:
