Small business of the Year

| | Comments (0)

Yesterday I was at the Ontario at USO when I met Debi Cagle of Cagle's appliance here on Campus Avenue. Cagle, who had donated a washer and dryer to the center for the use of troops, said it is important for her to be able to give back to her community.

Cagle was recently named the 2008 Small Business of the Year award by the Chamber of Commerce. The family owned business has been around for 50 years, Cagle has operated it for the past 20 years. It was handed down to her by her father.

You can read the article "Kiwanis helps USO." which is in today's paper.
