Neil Diamond to come Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario
Another highlight from Citizens Business Bank Arena ribbon cutting this morning was when Mayor Paul Leon announced that Neil Diamond would be performing on January 4, 2009. The news was greeted with a loud applause and a couple shrieks from women in the front row.
Turns out members from his fanclub were in attendance.
Then later on in the ceremony Tim Leiweke, president and CEO of AEG teased those same women telling them he might have suffered some hearing loss. Leiweke's seat on the stage was next to them.
He also proceeded to tell them that he had 10 tickets if they were interested in purchasing them.
"It's a business bank arena," Leiweke said.
Tickets for Diamond will go on sale Oct. 27.
