What's in a name

So a couple of months ago I was at a local Mexican restaurant Freddy's Tacos, on Fourth Avenue, when a coworker brought to my attention the difference in the spelling of the name from the sign at the front of the business and the one hanging directly below.

If you know which way is correct could you let me know.

yea i go here alot the food is great and real good service is good the name is like that because the owner could not afford the other letter when he started the place before he remodled and business went up i ask him that question you wrote here.
