Ontario High School band to compete in state championships
Ontario High School has been invited to participate in the California State Band Championships on Nov. 22.
The event, which is sponsored by the Southern California Judging Associaiton, will be held at the San Gorgonio High School.
The 148 member band, colorguard and drum corps was selected after competing against southern California high schools. This year's show is based on the music from broadway show,"The Lion King."
Ontario High School "Pride" has competed in five tournaments to date and they have gathered 20 awards, two first place and 18 sweepstakes.
The championships will be Nov. 22, San Gorgonio High School, 2299 Pacific, San Bernardino.

This will be the second championship for the colorguard/winterguard! they won it several years back!! Way to go Josh Rangel!!!!!!!!!!!!
