Registration is now being taken for  Mother/Daughter Self-Defense Workshop

Ages:  11 and up.

Class dates:  2 day course 3/9 and 3/11

Time:  6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Fee $15 ($18.75 for non-residents)

Where:  Dorothy Quesada Center 1010 S. Bon View Ave. Ontario

Class for moms and daughters to learn how to be prepared & learn awareness and physical techniques to feel confident in self-protection.  1st day of class is lecture, 2nd day is activity.

 

 Sign up early at the Armstrong Center located at 1265 South Palmetto Avenue.  Registration is also being taken at De Anza Community Center located at 1405 South Fern Avenue, or register online @www.ci.ontario.ca.us
